I'm a bit of an apple fiend. I like different apples for different moods and different meals. Gala is a good standby but I think Pink Ladies are my favorite. Today's breakfast was an apple. I've had a sore throat and a cold for too long and while I had wanted mashed potatoes I didn't have the energy to make 'em so an apple it was.
