So, yeah, I'm now taking 14 credits at UWM, and still working around 35 hours a week. I'm fast approaching a nervous breakdown, but thankfully, I have the afternoon and evening off tonight, and tomorrow I don't have to go to school or go in to work until 2 pm, and I have sunday off. So, I should start feeling better soon after I re-charge.
I've been sitting at this computer on the computer lab at school for way too long, and my eyes are getting tired.
So I got into another car accident on friday. I tell ya, I have no luck with cars. Nowhere near as big as my accident last year, though, the car is still driveable, and it was totally someone else's fault, so my insurance premiums won't go up. but of course, the dude who rear-ended me had no insurance, and was driving without a valid driver's license. So I'm out my $500 deductible, plus about $230 for the car I'm renting while my car's in the shop. *sigh* I guess we're not moving out for a while yet.
Collins and I are still very happily married. he's the sweetest man alive.
Classes are going ok, except for my chemistry class. I swear, this professor just doesn't teach very well. When the average grade on the first exam is 50%, there's gotta be something wrong with his teaching style, or his exams, because the kids are obviously not learning. I think I'll probably end up with a B- again, unless I REALLY fuck up the next two exams. Which is entirely possible. But hopefully it won't be tht bad. I'm also taking 2 introductory courses to clinical lab sciences, and Anatomy and Physiology, and I'm doing pretty well. It's so bizarre to be getting good grades after so many years without an A.
speaking of which, I gotta go hand in a case study for my intro to diagnostics class. I'm also getting hungry and need a cigarette. Maybe I'll write again before the end of the year. :-P
