Deuteronomy 32:18 - "Of the Rock who begot you, you are unmindful, And have forgotten the God who fathered you."
Following up on an idea from early February, I spent today in prayer, reflection, catching up on news from other Christians around the globe, chores, online shopping, airing out my room, reading the last few chapters of Deuteronomy, and rest. I hope to sanctify one day a month for this type of time-out from normal activities to step back and refocus my perspective. I'm very thankful for the time that I had today to do that.
