Easter week readings

Apr 17, 2011 21:40

This week I plan to read through the following pairs of passages - one from the Old Testament and one from the New Testament each day to celebrate the death and resurrection of the Lord Jesus. I invite you all to read along with me.

Speaking of which, you're always welcome to ask me questions about the passages that I post here. I won't have all the answers, but I'd be happy to do my best to try to address your questions and direct you to places in Scripture for more information if you wish to explore the matter on your own.

Monday: Isaiah 52:13-53:12 and Luke 22:1-53 (numbered with the transgressors)
Tuesday: Daniel 7:9-14 and Mark 14:53-72 (I am)
