Ruth: relationships
This is probably a stretch, but as I was reflecting on Ruth, I couldn't help but consider this possible parallel with Jehoshabeath:
Jehoshabeath was the daughter of the king. Ruth was the daughter-in-law of "Elimelech" (God is King).
Jehoshabeath was the wife of the priest (who redeemed the people from sin through sacrifices). Ruth was the wife of her kinsman-redeemer Boaz.
Jehoshabeath and Ruth both married men much older than themselves, it seems.
