I don't know morse either. I studied a little a year ago when I attended a "Signal Corps" reenactment at Gettysburg. I have an obsession with codes in general... I love writing Braille and can't get enough of foreign languages.
By the way, I have a question for you.
I have not yet been able to get into DC since I have arrived last fall, mainly because I am afraid to travel alone. However, next week I plan to go explore some in what free-time I hope to find. Would you be able to recommend a "safe" route of travel for me to use? I am thinking I might catch the metro, but I am leery of going alone and am not sure which stop to get off at...
Any suggestions would be really helpful!!
