Day five

Still on autoimmune protocol, though I am cheating a wee bit, as I had a cup of coffee this morning.
Really need to move today. Have a lot to do, and my energy is still very low.
That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it!
But I did turn down chocolate, yesterday.

I miss eggs, and peppers, and almonds, most of all.

I'm going to try to find or make coconut yogurt today. I have never had it but with no dairy, I miss yogurt, and I'm supposed to eat more fermented foods and probiotic sources. I do love Bragg vinegar and I do like making pickles with it, but no hot pepper in them is boring. Thank goodness I can have garlic!

No joint pain, which is something that I've not been without for a couple of decades. Gastritis is really under control, for the first time in many years. I don't need pain meds anymore, except for migraines, which I am still getting even though I do take magnesium. They're better than they were, though.

I happen to be down six pounds, too, despite the extra fat which is in the diet.
