Payday
I got paid for the first time this year, last Thursday. Hurrah! Contracts are so annoying. There was a delay in getting them, then I had to negotiate and it didn't help that my boss has had 3 weeks since we started due to a monstrous cold he can't shake so I didn't have the opportunity to sit down. Anyway, contract has now gone through and I got paid. Hip hip hurrah!
Needless to say, I had a bit of a fun ont he weekend as a result and spent to excess hence I now have no money. But I do have oneof my travel credit cards paid off nearly. Hurrah! Only one to go.
Saturday night did involve wearing a cardboard penis to a bar though. It was interesting.
I have an appointment with a mortgage broker tonight. That should be interesting. Thinking about buying a piece o' crap to rent out and get myself into the property market. I'm torn though, I really want to live close to the city. So sick of living so far out. Can I make the payments on both though? Hmm...something to consider.
