If the only reason you have to vote for Kerry is because it isn't Bush then maybe it is time to start looking at some of the other candidates. If people realize two things this could be the year third parties get their big chance.
We have more parties than just two. Outside of the Democrats and Republicans there are other parties, commonly referred to as third parties. There is the
Green Party. The Green Party appears to have something interesting going on this year. The will either nominate David Cobb or endorse
Nader.
There is also the
Libertarian Party with their candidate
Michael Badnarik.
I think it is best said on Ralph Nader's site:
"This election is dominated by fear - the Republicans play on the fear of terrorism and the Democrats play on the fear of Bush. One of the goals of this campaign is to free voters from fear so they can vote their conscience, their interests and their dreams."
The second thing to realize is every vote maters. A vote for a third party candidate is not a vote for Bush. It is a vote for you choice as a candidate. Don't vote in fear.
So if you don't like Bush and think Kerry is your only choice, take a look at your other options.
