I logged into my iTunes Connect account yet again this morning but now my Metric2Metric application is "Ready for Sale!" I just checked the iPhone/iPod Touch App Store and there it was!
Here's the description I wrote for it:

This simple-to-use, one-screen application will be useful to engineers, scientists, students, or anyone else needing help converting kilograms to micrograms or attoseconds to zettaseconds!
