Work isn't bad at all.
It amounts to sitting in the monitoring room and watching the alerts that come in, then calling people or the police as needed. I'll be working the night shift, so I won't have to worry about customer service issues. The biggest challenge will probably be keeping myself entertained... though homework will help with that once school starts.
Interesting fact: my boss, and the guy who's training me both play WoW. Maybe I can join their guild, since they do stuff like Naxx. My days in Pentagram are pretty much numbered, anyway.
It feels good to say that I have a job. Thanks to everyone for the grats and the well-wishes.
