Room for rent!
We are in a pretty nice area in Fair Oaks.
So, you'd have a regular-sized bedroom, full access to kitchen, and common areas. You'd also have your own bathroom (except that when guests are here, it would have to be accessible to them). We have a washer/dryer that you can use and you get free cable to an existing wall-mounted TV in your room, as well as free wireless internet.
We charge $500 a month, which not only includes rent and the free goodies mentioned above, but also covers all utilities. We do not charge a cleaning deposit or 1st/last months rent.
We lead a very boring and quiet life, actually...this would be ideal for someone between permanent residences, a student, a workaholic etc...
It would help if you don't think that the band "The Kimberly Trip" sucks...because we do much of our business here. Also, we have indoor cats, so if you are allergic, or hate cats, that would probably kill this for you...also, I don't really see a way you could bring a cat or dog with you. A bird or fish would be fine.
