Busy, yet not busy weekend.

Took Friday afternoon off and drove up to Siren, WI for the weekend to attend OmegaCon. Spent too much time watching people play with the Wii on the big screen. Spent some time in the hot tub and pool, and in general just hung out for most of the weekend. The ability to do absolutely nothing and not feel to guilty about it can only be accomplished when you are not near the things that could be done. So not being near the house, and not bringing anything with me meant that it was all right to just sit around and be.

Sunday we hit the road just after 2pm and got home about 6:30pm, then a quick dinner and some Mythbusters watching. After that, I headed out to the garage to do something, and decided to finish cleaning and painting the cover for the spa controller, and wire up the connections in the garage panel. Now all that is hopefully left for the electrical is to pick up 2-3' of 3/4" flexible NM conduit and screw down the connections in the controller. I hope to swing by Menards today to get the conduit so I can finish it up tonight. I also checked and I should be able to just caulk most of the tub edges, I just need to figure out some filler for the corners where the tub has a radius and the base enclosure doesn't. Here's hoping that can mark another big project off the list.

Here's also hoping that the current forecasted showers shift away from this weekend and I can do some garage re-arrangement (need to move a bunch of stuff onto the driveway to do the arrangement).
