tour_spot stopped by on her way through on Sunday and dropped off a load of things, including more mortar for the bathroom.
Also in the load was some metal grate squares for seien's piggies, and some paper cores that i hope to make into kitty furniture sometime.
After that I went shopping, got a new drill with a gift card from alyska's parents. It is both variable speed and reversing, as opposed to the 3 3/8" drills I have that one is variable speed and the other is reversible. I also picked up some tile border to fill in the bit of gap that could have been around the tub. Now that I have mortar again I should get on that.
Took the truck in to have the nice metallic grinding sound looked at on Monday. Got it back yesterday, all quiet now. Should be good to go for the trip to LaCrosse next week.
