Four weeks of morose pouting, three days of furious activity, and then about twenty-four hours of post-submission satisfaction. Resume pouting sometime mid-Tuesday about the next story I need to finish and submit. Holy crud, why did I become a writer again? It wasn't the job satisfaction, that's for damn sure.

Still, feels good. Sorry to anyone to whom I still owe e-mails -- back on that particular stick soon.
