My face feels funny
I just got back from the dentist...it was awful. I've never been particularly fond of visiting the dentist, but today seemed a little worse than normal. Why was my dentist trip so bad? I'll tell you in a nice unordered list.
3. My dentist seemed somewhat awkward...he didn't seem as enthusiastic with the small talk as he usually is, which makes me feel strangely uncomfortable.
1. I had the burden of getting a rookie dental assistant. She was definitely the worst dental assistant of all time...she had no idea how to use that spit vacuum thing. She would constantly hit my teeth and the sides of my mouth, which I'd usually be fine with...if she'd actually suck up my spit. She was also using this super bright light thing to help my filling bond to my teeth. When she'd pull it out of my mouth, she would shine the light directly in my eyes, which kinda hurt.
2. I was given way too much novocaine, so now I can't feel the entire right side of my mouth. It's especially sucky, because I do the majority of my chewing on the right side. If I try to eat something, I'm afraid I'll start eating the sides of my mouth, which would taste pretty crappy, and it would be a little painful. Oh well...I'll wait.
I wrote a few other things, but they somehow disappeared...and I don't feel like writing them again. Yeah.
