This Really Happened
I was sitting in the faculty room at school today, when one of my co-workers, who shall remain nameless, came over to me, and said something like the following:
"This is going to sound strange, because I know you have a girlfriend already, but I have a friend who's really into guys like you, so I guess the question is, do you have any friends who are just like you?"
Subsequent discussion revealed that the friend is 26 or 27, and small, and an incredibly nice person, and works in admissions at a certain private college. Also, that "just like me" means something along the lines of "intellectual but also artistic."
For me, I take this only as a mild compliment. For you? If you meet the above criteria, and you're interested, please respond and your contact info will be passed on to the appropriate party.
