  • Heads up here; this is important: Something called EasyBitsGo.exe appeared in a directory under Documents and Settings/Application Data/All Users this morning about half an hour ago. Actually, SecureDigital and its offshoots communicate over four-wire SPI (master in, master out, clock, enable) or a proprietary custom serial protocol. If anything, the limit is probably the 32-bit word width of modern microcontrollers. I would bet that they've been rediscovering all of the old paging hacks to let processors address more RAM.

Also, my doctor has joked for years about prescribing a tablespoon of salt per day to fix my low blood pressure. Then she goes on to say that in reality, there's no evidence that increasing salt intake increases blood pressure, only that decreasing it decreases blood pressure in people who already have some conditions. I've always wondered why people thought that increased salt intake by otherwise healthy people would increase blood pressure.
