I got back from my nine day California vacation loop today. Saw my dad's side up in Tahoe, then a little bit of my mom's side near San Jose. Did lake stuff. Then got my Lobster Bisque on Fishermen's Warf in San Fran. Made our way down to Pismo eventually and then came home from there. Met a baseball player named Paul in the Pismo hot tub. Jogged along the beach with Ryan into town, then jogged back. Suprisingly, I'm beginning to enjoy running.
I got a lot of news coming home and still haven't caught up completely. Haven't talked to anyone in a while. I need to talk to Dan and Vivian really bad. Dan, I almost cried Wednesday night knowing you were at that show without me. I also read that seven people were killed in a collision on your street.
So I've missed a lot of you kids. I also missed a once-in-a-lifetime Whiskey show with BTBAM, The Red Chord, and The Acacia Strain! Oh My God. I am trying my hardest to realize that I had a good time regardless those losses. Visitting relatives really is interesting. It's just the twenty hours of family bonding in the car and coming home to a depressed dog that did me in. I really do have a lot to do, such as quit Diablo and focus on real life.
