I'm also SO done with all the slash Dean/Castiel references they throw in there almost every episode now. Like you said, it was fun the first few times, but now it's time to STOP.
I wasn't surprised that Crowley was back. Somehow I suspected it that we would see him again. Though, I figured that maybe Castiel was not able tu burn ALL his bones and Crowley (smart as he is) has hidden one bone somewhere else so that no one would be able to destroy him.
Really didn't see the collaboration between Castiel and Crowley coming... but I def. don't like it.
The clues we were given were so insubstantial that I wasn't having much fun linking the pieces like I usually do. But it seems they are getting somewhere now so the writing of possible scenarios is my head is back to normal : p
SAME HERE!!! I was all MEH about linking all the clues and pieces. But now it feels like I'm back in the game. Wohooo!
Also... did you notice? They made an error in the Western episode. Sam said that he was from year 2011. Though, at the beginning of this season, we jumped forward an entire year. Ergo, by now, it's supposed to be 2013!!!

... yeah, they should be one year ahead. Even if you think that time for them goes slower, like the whole of season 6 happened in a couple of months, it'd still be at least 2012. Right?
I know someone in fandom keeps a timeline of everything that has happened in the Show, maybe the writers should consult it!

The writers should def. get some clues and facts from fandom. They are messing up big time lately :-/
