Well, my Obama supporting friends are telling me 'we will see'. I suppose we will. But I still think this entire country is royally screwed. We would have been no matter what the results of this election had been, we were fucked, but I think it would have been a little less so with McCain.
I think the more concerning thing for me is not 8 years of Obama. It's the lack of any checks and balances in the government right now. The House and Senate are entirely Democrat controlled, and with a very liberal president elect, there is no telling what will happen.
