No Threeway For Serena

So maybe I was the only one not all that disappointed by the lack of Van Der Sparks in Gossip Girl tonight.

I think I have this irrational Georgie hate on Blair's behalf. But the less time Serena spends with her, the better. I'm one of those people that can't cheat ship. So Blair and Serena can only be adorable with each other in that sexy OMG so gonna do it soon sort of way.

I wonder where the girl on girl action got to though. Did they film it and not use it or what? Maybe fodder for the dvds.

Georgie was starting to border on stalker with that fortieth phone call. But in her defense, Serena is pretty unforgettable. But the anvils of a sexual past are getting heavier and heavier. I think it's pretty much maintext at this point.

Blair, oh Blair, how I love you. And all your protectiveness. Did she physically remove herself from Serena at any point during the episode? And man, we got a shot of Blair removing S's top. That was just made of win, no matter the circumstances. But Blair Bear is gonna be giving Georgie a smackdown, and I think that'll be worth the price of next week's admission alone.

And can I just say I loved the moment when Serena confirmed to Dan that she cheated, and immediately we get a cut over to a VERY guilty looking Blair. The show's editor is made of TOTAL win.

Vanessa totally ruined Blair's mojo though, she loses any cool points she had for that. Way to blow the secret hun.

But Lily and Rufus are love. I rarely het ship anymore, and I'm totally onboard with them. The old Princess and the Pauper routine works for them, plus the chem is there. But it'll never end well unfortunately.

What in the world am I gonna do without this show after next week? I mean we have promises of the gang in the Hamptons at the beginning of next season, but that doesn't start till September 1st! That's too long!!!

Overall, a pretty good episode. With Blake and Leighton in constant contact, which was fun.
