Rough time
SO I spent 4 out of 6 months in a mental hospital 2 years ago. They called it severe PTSD. I've been really messed up. As a total fighter I have completely lost my fight. They taught me to be OK with who I have become and not to expect the old me to ever come back. It's weird mourning your own death like that. I'm coming around though.
