I forgot to mention in my previous post that, as a result of so many crappy indoor images from the disposible cameras I used on the trip, I finally broke down the other day (aka sold out) and bought a digital camera.
For the longest time my rationale against it was "eh, digital cameras don't really save any money on developing pictures, and I can buy like 50 disposible cameras for the price of 1 digital camera, and we only go on trips a couple times a year, and prices are always falling on digital cameras anyway, etc."
Now I just want to be able to take a picture in low light, fuck all else.
So as a result I bought one with image stabilization and plenty of manual exposure and ISO settings. And?...it takes pretty good low light and night pictures. Shit that would be utterly impossible with a disposible.
Now I just need to go on another vacation...
