Good times, good times...
Well, just had one of the traditional cr3w bbqs/outings yesterday. Victor, Allen, and I were planning to go shooting beforehand, but when we got to the LA Gun Club we found that it was closed for the holidays, so that sucked =/.
But not to worry...the three of us still had some fun before the rest of the guys came over. We stopped by Jamba Juice and played Halo for a while. Speaking of which, Victor is a fag when it comes to that game, as agreed by both me and Allen.
The rest of the cr3w (or rather, whoever we could scrounge up) came at around 6 or 6:30. We then screwed around with HL2 and WoW until Victor's family had finished dinner...and then it was time for us to get to work. The food prep went along like usual...we also watched some Fear Factor at the same time and dissed it continuously; also got a bit grossed out by the blended-rat the contestants had to drink. Reeaaaall appetizing.
Anyhoo, once the food was ready we went outside and cooked em up. The end results were pretty damn perfect, or at least it was the best we'd ever cooked thus far. After eating we just sat around the dinner table and talked for about an hour and half about the good ol' times...that was fun. Got a coupla good laughs and such and it was just awesome to spend time like that with old friends. Kinda sucks though that I won't be able to see them again during this break, since I'll be leaving for Hong Kong tonight =(. No matter though...still plenty of breaks left hehe.
Anyhoo, gotta get packing and such. Have a happy new year's, everybody!
