okay! as most of you already know, i'm back from San Fran!
its a great place, nice weather, and the whole huge thing like one bit thayer street (which is great with lots of little shops/botiques and cafes and shushie bars, etc, unless you have no money), HOWEVER...... i dont like big cities, esspically ones this large... and i actually feel a bit safer in new york..... how crazy is that? sigh.... lots of things going on all the time though.... unfortunitly lots of poor begger as well... :0( but... most likely i'll be liveing there with Tim somewhere this comeing up semester... so i'll have to deal with it.... i just dont want to live there my whole life... u know? but a few years is fine.
and man! they arent kidding when they talk about the hills in san fran! u know that big step hill near risd downtown? well allllllllll the streets are like that or worse! ...everyone there must have realy great looking legs... lol. so... yeah... i'll have to get in shape a bit before i go down there to live.... its just that if i wanted to hike... id go to a forest where theres at least fresh air, u know? lol ...and the trees in san fran... very strange.... a lot i dont know what the hell they are, and the ones i do all look like their in pain... weither from chopped off limbs to bent swirling branches.... etc...
anyways.... on to the trip i guess! i didnt get much of a chance for sightseeing, most of the time i was poseing for Tim to help him with his art homework.... one area we were set up in for alll day and most of the night was a closet in his room, so who knows what his roomates thought was going on lol. but i had cooked some cookies from scratch for everyone, most of which resisted crummbleing in the plain ride over, so everyone was really happy with that. i also cooked french toast one day, and pancakes the next (all with out a measureing cup! ...so... that was intresting... esspically since ive enver really cooked before, lol), and over all i felt like a cute little homemaker, lol, so i'm sure his roomates will miss the food! ....i also crafted a lot of the cardboard boxes Tim had around still from moveing in, into a shelveing unit for him (yay for me being the handyman too!), as well as helping him with his art hw, more then just poseing of course, since i am an artist as well and can give helpful critques..... thus, his resulting work was awosme (him being an amazing artist to begin with) and the teacher said the pecies were the best hes done so far! huzzah! of course tim had been wishing i was there all the time to help him with hw, esspically in his figure drawing classes, etc.... but.. well... next semester i will be.... though i'll have to be working to support us.... soemthing... i dont mind doing... but am a bit saddend by since i havent even finished up regular college yet and here he is in grad school... but i know he'll be there for me once hes done here... so... it all should work out, and in the long run is an adventure to say the least.
most of the plane trips were fine, but comeing back home was a bit crazy! the plan didnt arive untill a half hour to an hour late in san fran.... and after the 5 to 6 hour flight id be in washington, but thats the one time i had hardly any time between flights........ towards the end of the flight they read us off the "gates" each next flight would be at, but said it could still be changed so cheack the window thingy...... so i get off start raceing toward the gate i have to be at.... but luckily look at the window thingy because they changed the gate to one allllll the way across from where i orginially needed to be..... so run run run, legs killlling me from those damn steep san fran hills..... by the time i get to the gate my legs and calves are burning and going to fall off.... and i asked someone sitting down and the person said the plane had probably left.... some other people from my previous flight show up as well..... the plane ripper ticket person showes up... and says the planes still there but about to take off and "where were you?!" and so we race on the plane... everyone else pretty much there already (one of the very small planes of 2 seats on one side and only one on the other).... AND apaarently (i was on the other side of the plane looking out that window) the people who move the laugage from gate to gate were in a big fight and eneded up putting up our lugage on a diffrent flight.... which of course we didnt know for sure till we were back in RI at midnight... and no bags were around...... so i have to stand in the baggage return line thingy... turns out the laggage was in Dallus..... but they would mail it to my house, and i got it yesterday! yay! not that there's anything really inthere of importance except all my awsome lingerie! ...which i didnt end up useing after all... sniffle.... ah well
so... yeah.... pretty uneventfull overall in that nothing big happend. just had a really nice time with Tim :0) we did go to a few resturants, one the first night i was there (which had a johhny rockets type theme, and had a car inside it for seating, lol..., and a very nice asian one i found inside a hotel that wasnt too expensive, but man was the food amazing! we had red wine as well :0) yumm yumm
it was wonderfull being with tim agian... we always get along so well and laugh a lot, and its all just very carefree and peacfull... very nice. we really didnt get to spend any time hanging out though.... like i said, it was really just me helping him with his hw, but it was still great seeing eachother again, and i know it realllllllly was a huge deal for him since hes been so lonely and stressing out, etc.
soo... yeah....
lalalala....
sorry... just nothing really to say currently shrugs
i'll be needing to get a job now... start saveing up
