Sleep, what a wonderful thing

Jun 29, 2008 20:29

Well, i finally made it to the czech republic yesterday, at about 630pm local time, the last group of us got in at 1010pm local time.... All thanks to british airways and a delay. Anyways, after about 36 hours awake, lets just say sleep was wonderful.

THings have been great here so far touring around. Today we were with billet families, mine is very very nice. We went to downtown Hradec Kralova today did some sight seeing around then went to play some football with some of the guys from Boni Pueri. Already i have some great pictures from here.

We had a rehearsal from 4 to 7 today with just amabile, and things were sounding pretty good, we need to be better, but after flying etc, we were pretty good. We also went over duties for running the festival, i'm on helping retrieve a choir from the airport (and later with a few thigns with them, with the Amarican Boys Choir Alumnae Choir) and during the festival on caffeteria duty to make sure things are neat and tidy, that people are at their right food time and that people don't take more food than they need.

Currently i'm sitting here watching the lead up to the Germany vs Spain Euro 2008 cup finals, pulling for germany. Though i don't understand the tv, for something like football, you really don't need to.

Well i shouldn't be rude, i'm going to go watch the game and then get some sleep i think... tomorrow could have the potential to be a very very long day.

Ciao!
