Obi-Wan polished off the last pair of cookies as he delicately placed the creamy middle part on top of the stack he had made. Bant shook her head.
"So now what?
"Siri said she'd meet me here. I'll give them to her when she gets here."
And of course, Siri was sliding into the seat across from Obi-Wan as soon as the words left his mouth. She eagerly reached for the stack and peeled the top layer off. She sighed happily, popping the creamy substance into her mouth. Siri grinned at Bant.
Bant shook her head. "Seriously, you guys. They're better when they're together."
Siri rolled the next layer into a tube before delicately biting a piece off. She munched through it, giving Bant a thoughtful look.
"You know Bant, you're right.' She smirked at Obi-Wan. "We are better when we're together."
