...I have caught The Sick. DDDDX Nooooo! Pretty much everyone I know is sick or was sick, and it was really just a matter of time until I caught it. And honestly, I'm surprised I lasted this long. I don't feel too terribly bad yet, just a sore throat, stuffy head, and tiredness and achey all the time. Yes, folks, those are all signs of The Flu. Even though I got my Flu Shot. WIN.
*cries*
Well, I skipped class yesterday because I woke up feeling awful, so I just stayed in bed/couch all day eating oatmeal and watching Arrested Development*. And today we have a snow day (THANK ALBUS) and so I didn't have to deal with my 3-classes-in-a-row long-ass day. Although I do have a ton of homework to do today. I need to write the rough draft of a 10-minute play for my Dramatic Writing class, which I haven't started yet. I have the general idea (it's going to be about an out-of-work super villain a la The Monarch from Venture Brothers), but I'm a little nervous about it. But I've had this teacher before for Creative Writing, and I know that for him a "rough draft" can be pretty shitty and a complete mess, as long as we're working on it. So it'll be ok as long as I get it done. Maybe I'll post it here if you guys want to read it, Y/N?
In other news, Bekki is watching Project Runway soo loud at her computer, and it's definitely the most annoying thing I've ever heard. But on the other hand, we all have weird tv addictions that other people don't get...for example, the girls have gotten me hooked on America's Next Top Model (don't you say a word, I don't know why I like it, lol), and everyone else is always surprised that I'm watching it. Anywho...
I'm all hopped up on Day Quil, and I'm gonna go take a shower...then probably watch LOST season 2 with Kristen, and then do my homework. XD
* Buster: Her nausea's gotten pretty bad, it's really been difficult on us. It's definitely taking it's toll.
Michael: Well, you are free to go, pal. It's not like you made a commitment to this woman.
Buster: Well, I didn't make a commitment...but I did start referring to it as our nausea. But that's only when we're going at it really hot and heavy.
Michael: ...Well, now it's my nausea.
