Fitness Guidance Please

I've been keeping a pretty strict workout regiment for the past 6 months. Well minus a 1 month stint where I couldn't workout due to fractured ribs from a botched snowboard trick. haha! I know right? Well b-ball is a good leg workout. My quads and calves are killing me now.
