Yum! About half of these recipes came from this month's Vegetarian Times. That magazine is hit-n-miss, but when it hits, oh man. The other half of the time the mag is full of recipes that have titles with over 18 words in them--never a good sign. (You know, "Braised mushrooms in a ragout of basil, endive, chard and tomato, deglazed with truffle shavings and a squishy garnish".) But I've noticed that since they revamped the magazine a couple of years ago the recipes have come much more "back to earth". They also did a nice spread on tempeh and seitan, just when a friend was asking if I wanted to split a case of tempeh. Karma info!
BTW, exercises using Body Balls are HARDCORE! My abs feel... erg... not sore per se, just very very "there".
