We built this city on rock and roll.

Sorry I disappeared for an extremely dramatic length of time. I was dying I had a kidney stone. I don't wish them on anyone. Not even my worst enemy.

Well, maybe my worst enemy...

-shifty eyes-

Anyway, I'm sooper-pissed I missed A Night of Too Many Stars last night. Jon-freakin-Stewart was hosting! But nooooo, I had to sleep.

Speaking of California (were we? no.), I'm SOAMAZINGLYINCREDIBLYSUPERBLYHAPPY that I'm moving back to the Bay Area! Fifteen years is far too long to be away from my home. Especially when it's been fifteen years of snow. So I've made icons of the Bay Area to celebrate! Wooooo!

P.S. All the pictures were taken by me during the summer. Aren't I amazing?

Notes
1. Okay, Santa Cruz isn't technically part of the Bay Area, but it's close enough.
2. I stole some lyrics from Jefferson Starship's "We Built This City".

Antiquities of California is the best store ever. I spend most of my money there when I'm in town. They have a lightsaber signed by Ewan McGregor. -dies-

The Star Wars OT was on Spike this weekend. Can we say amazing? Empire is definitely the bestest. I heart Han Solo.

Kids and lightsabers don't mix. I guess this just goes to show how much SW has impacted pop culture.

For a country that's supposed to have equal rights for all, we suck. This is why we need gay marriage, in my opinion.

Hilary gets booed. At least I'm not the only one sick of it.

And finally, Colbert in Philly! Can. Not. Wait.

random ramblings are random, california, icons, fangirlin': becky-style
