Run In With the Law...
That's right all, I was pulled over this evening. Whooooo boy that almost gave me a heart attack. Apparently a cop that was following me had nothing better to do than run my license plate through the DMV, and according to those records (which I KNOW are mistaken) say that my registration expired in September of '03, a maximum of 25 DAYS after we actually bought the car!!!
Effects: My dad has to travel to the DMV to get the registration
I cannot drive my car until this is all cleared up
I must appear in court to refute the infraction
I missed my first swim practice
I have no idea how I'm getting to Polish tomorrow
And finally, until my car is registered again, I'm biking to school in the mornings to get to school at my normal time.
Ugh....... I don't think today could have been worse.
