Updates! They happen!
Rose grows. It's amazing watching her develop into a person. Her eyes are so alert! Her nickname is now Smush, due to her habit of forgetting she has bones when she curls up and falls asleep. Her hair is starting to curl a little, which delights stick straight haired me-a bit of body is good. We have decidedly figured out smiles. She's also figured out that I'm good people, as I regularly get smiles when coming into her view. We're pre-regged for Pennsic. We'll see how that goes, but I hope it goes well. We have a tough stroller, so that should help get around.
Just need to figure out if there's anything I can do to make it less modem looking. Good thing I'm unemployed right now-I have to revamp or remake most of my wardrobe. Smrt me, I made my newest gowns all BACK lacing. Real helpful when nursing. Ah well. Fabric order going in, and I figure I'll just cut out and make several of the same gown and just embellish them differently. Found an interesting painting of a nursing woman who appears to have the boob hole under her arm, which I may try.
Looking mischievous due to kicking off her blanket. Seconds later, complained her feet were cold.
