Tree trimming
Thanks to last night's insane storm, there are numerous trees and branches down in our neighborhood of Kettering. I don't care what that damn Jamie Simpson says on TV, that had to be a weak tornado, not straight line winds. I don't know any straight line winds that can twist a several foot wide branch around to land on our garage roof from the opposite side of the tree when the storm winds were blowing N-S and that's W-E.
I've been cutting down tree limbs off the garage since 7:30 am. I'm on break for the moment, and I'm alreay sweating like a pig... but there's no way I'm letting my 75 year old dad do this. It's treacherous enough footing for me up there. Guess I should get back to work. We still don't have power, but at least our lines remained up this time. I'll post pics when I get a chance.
