Current Weather: warm, humid
Last night we had a really spectacular thunder shower complete with large flashes of lightening. It would have been really awesome if it had happened a little earlier instead of waking me up at 6 in the morning.
I would also like to note that despite feeling very stressed out about my to do list my grades are the best they've been in years. So far this semester I have achieved a 95% on my first Anatomy practical, 100% on my Spanish exam, 94% on my Psychology exam and I'll eat my hat if I receive anything less than an A in my field study. I am glad that my grades finally seem to be reflecting my intelligence however I am worried because there is still quite a lot of time between now and the end of the semester. 12 weeks to be exact. In those 12 weeks I will have 6 more anatomy tests, 3 more psych tests and 4 more spanish tests. . .not to mention a 12 page anatomy paper, a psych paper, a college entrance essay plus work and home life on top of that. Yeesh. I really need to find time to hit the gym so I can get a little of my sanity back.
In other news. . .
I managed to revive my trusty ipod mini from the dead. I thought the battery had given out but when I went to trade it in the robust green mp3 player decided to turn back on. I am very very glad, especially after the apple employees told me "ipods are only made to last 18 months" WTF. Like hell I want a shiny new ipod with a fancy color screen that will only last me 18 months. . .um no. I will stick to my beloved green mini that has lasted me 5 years. Screw planned obsolescence.
