Lessons learned...
First lesson learned, I shouldn't plan to far into the future cause life has a funny way of changing things. I've had a mini vacation sense my last entry. Since we have had so many storms lately I wasn't able to do yard work like I thought I would, and coming over to my sister's house became a fun night. I bought some minis which I hope to attempt to paint soon and we watch a sappy chick flick which, I think I needed. I often shut that side out for practicality...thinking that love can't work...or that it won't work for me.
Second, I learned that the two saddest things about dorm life other than lack of space and privacy would have to be the lack of cats and alcohol. Enjoyed a bit of guinness tonight and got to see my sister's cute cats too. It's nice to feel like an adult again. (haven't had much at my parent's house cause they don't really enjoy alcohol)
Third, I am a hopeless romantic. Call me retarded, but I actually feel like there could be someone out there for me. I don't know if it has to be one infinitely perfect person... or just someone that can fit my life through the many changes it will encounter. But I know they are out there... just hope we find each other before we die.
Fourth, I think I'm ready to meet that person finally.
Well, off to sleep... work tomorrow and so I must have my strength...
