Great recipe!
Hi gang, I've made this recipe twice. To be honest, I didn't use the radicchio as I really don't care for it. You can add chicken if you like, or leave it vegan.

Counting down the days until Ben and William come home; this Saturday and next Wednesday respectively.
Pete is off from work today, and is working hard to finish a garden sculpture using his welding skills. I'll send a photo when it is done.
Thanks to soniag I was made aware of the BBC series, "North and South". *Loving* it! Watching part four now, saving the last hour or so for a treat tonight after work.
Accupunture session number two went well. I have felt calmer, and menopause symptoms do seem better. Sleeping better too.
