Steampunk nerf!
So! As I'm currently unemployed, I decided I wanted something to do to pass the time. I've seen some pictures on the interwubs of people who have modded and repainted their Nerf guns to make them look steampunky. I don't have an artistic or creative bone in my body, but I didnt have anything else to do, so I thought I'd give it a go.
So! I started with the Nerf Nite Finder:
And, after taking it to pieces, losing bits, finding them, putting it back together, taking it apart, sanding it and painting it, I ended up with this:
I'm pretty happy with it! You can't really see all the 'wear' that I attempted to put onto it in that picture though. I have a Nerf Maverick that I might have a go at maybe next week.
