Catching Up
I'm sorry I haven't been better about updating my LJ lately. These past two weeks with my sister's family visiting has been beyond hectic! They went back home Friday and it was so sad to see them leave. We won't see them again until Christmas. I've been doing my best to rest up but I'm still exhausted.
I did tackle my exercises yesterday and it like to have killed me. My heart was cutting up something awful. Guess I need to take it easy before I attempt it again. I've got another doctor's appointment next Friday and I'm hoping to have some good news to share with you all.
