Air, blissful air
They finally got the AC fixed - hoorah! Actually, it took less than an hour and I wish they could have gotten out here sooner rather than later. The main repair guy couldn't believe the transformer didn't blow up, and he kept going on about that. Yes, we were very, very lucky... no need to freak me out any more than I was yesterday.
Anyway, the air's been running pretty much non stop and, to tell the truth, it's cooling better than it ever was before. So perhaps this was a blessing in disguise after all.
