Christmas stuff
Mom wanted to finish up the Christmas shopping so I went with her, and after an exhausting afternoon, we got everybody on her list done. If I hear that "Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas" song one more time my head'll explode! Beautiful song, but I swear it was playing in every single store we went in.
This was the first time in years Mom was able to get all the shopping done before the last minute. Still we've gotta watch our money to survive January. It's a long while between her December paycheck and January's.
My niece Jazlynn is in her first Christmas play this Thursday. I'm hoping I'll be able to go cause I sure would like to see her in it.
Also on the family front Kristen and her family will be here next Saturday. They've got a long ride from Texas to here, and the week they'll be here will be hectic beyond belief, but I'm excited to see my nephews. It's been a year since they were last here, and I can only imagine how much Avery and Brian have grown.
