Watchmen prepation (a movie post)
Watched 3 movies todays... all watchmen related in fact XD
300 by Zack Snyder (watchmen director)
I quite liked it.
The story wasn't so original but I loved the way it was done.
I loved the visual, the color, the battles, the characters look, I loved that he keeps the comic style and so I really enjoyed the movie.
Brideshead revisited with Matthew Goode (Watchmen actor)
WONDERFUL MOVIE !!!!
Matthew goode is made of awesome/magnificience/hotness.
Of course the lovestory between Charles and Sebastian killed me several times, made me squeee and cry (and i wanted MORE !) but I really liked the second part with Julia too (meaning she didn't upset too much as I feared at the begining).
I Think this is really a time in history that i like I always enjoyed movies taking place during the twenties/thirties/juste before WWII (only to mention Atonnement)

Woody Allen movie so of course i loved it.
it reminds me a bit of Cassandra's dream as it goes deep into the characters fucked up lives.
JRM was great in it of course but he really lacked of presence in front of of Matthew... of course is a bit due to his character, but i find him not so good in the begining (it goes better after)
Scarlett Johanson was OMG beautiful.
and oh... a lot of people spotted ! Rupert penry jones of course, the ripperologist from whitechapel, ewen bremner ♥, james nesbitt... love british movies for that lol
not watchmen related but we went to see Miss Pettigrew lives for a day yesterday and it was a lovely movie (again before WWII). Lee Pace was again adorable (a bit like ned) and he sings ! and because i'm that great here it is : www.jedicathy.net/LJ/if_I_didnt_care.mp3 (right click and save as...)
