viruses and shit are a pain in the ass, but i think i got it all figured out. if any of you get messages from me or anyone else on msn messenger about a photo that looks like you, do not click on the fucking link - have some common sense, unlike me.

use symantec anti-virus if ya got it...you may end up having to find the actual file and deleting it yourself...best of luck
