We all knew this day would come...
So, today it finally happened. I bought cosplay supplies for the first time in months.
I got asked to be a cosplay Guest at MomoCon, and while I have old things I could wear, part of me thought it would be kind of silly to Guest in something eons old like Robin. (Re and I have been discussing Juri and Saionji, and I really want to wear Juri again, but I'm too chicken to try on the pants right now. They were quite tight when I made them 18 months ago!)
So the urge to make something (well, something in particular) has been growing slowly over the past few weeks, and since Michael is the bestest boyfriend in the whole wide world I had a JoAnn's gift card to work with. Yes..."had." Note the past tense. My project is relatively simple and therefore relatively inexpensive, but...it's cosplay. :)
