Hello everybody!!
Just got back from a week long road trip vacation in Southern California. Visited places like Santa Barbara, LA, Yosemite,
and Las Vegas ( well, Las Vegas is not exactly in California, but it's close to the south).
Santa Barbara
On the arrival of the Santa Barbara beach, my family and I spotted this van, decorated with what appears to be toys, like action figures and other stuff.
posing with the creative van.
Found this written on the sands of the beach. Don't really know what it really means, but I do know its got something to do with money.
The Beach
I call this pic, "The Sunset of the Bird".
Me and my brother, Andy, just staring at the horizon of the great blue sea.
Trip to "The Island"
Waiting for the boat that will take us on a hour long ride to the island.
On the way there, I encountered some friends in the water: a large school of dolphins. Here you see them near the front of the boat. People say that dolphins have a tendency to race a boat when they see one. That just very interesting!!
A more clear picture.
And there is the island.
Which is called........................
And we were left in this National Park for about 4 hours until the next boat will take us back to shore.
The North part of the island.
On the way back, we encountered more sea friends, and it's a bunch of lazy seals resting on shores of the island.
Once back on the shores of Santa Barbara, it was time to head for LA. Upon our arrival, we decided to visit my cousin, Leon, who is a Marine Biologist, and had dinner with him before we arrive at Anaheim.
Leon is the one on the very right. The young lady that is standing on his right is his girlfriend, Stephanie, who just at the last minute, decided to join us.
After a good night sleep, we were ready to go to "The Happiest Place on Earth". Which happens to be.....

Disneyland
Here my bro and I are on the streets of Hollywood Blvd (In Disneyland's California Adventure Park)
Here my the mountain shaped like the Golden State Bear.
The Front Gate
And by the Sleeping Beauty Castle, now all decorated to show that it's Disneyland's 50th birthday.
After a whole day of rides, my family and I decided to watch this night show called "Fantasmic" which talks about Mickey Mouse's imagination.
In here, it shows Mickey battling the dragon of Malificient, the villian from Sleeping Beauty who is trying to steal Mickey's power of imagination.
The Mark Twain Boat carrying famous Disney Characters. Characters such as, Mickey and Minnie mouse, and others from popular Disney Movies.
And here is the finale of Mickey launching and blasting spectacular fireworks to the night sky.
Las Vegas
Here at the MGM Casino, we watched a show hosting the famous David Copperfield, a magician/illusionist. Taking pictures during the show was prohibited, so I couldn't take any shots of the performance. But if you ever go to Vegas for a vacation, I insist you watch this show. It really is that good.
After the shot, I decided to take some night shots of Vegas.
New York New York Casino
The Paris Casino
The Bellagio Casino, and its famous water show.
Another shot of water show.
And finally, Caesar's Palace.
Death Valley
This is the one place I would not recommend for anyone to visit during the summer. For during the time when my family and I had spended in this national park, the temperature was like 118 degrees farenhit. Jeez, I could barely last five minutes in that place.
At the front gate.
This is a place called "The Devil's Golf Course".
Well, I guess the "Devil" has favorite sport, and a favorite spot to practice it.
A far shot of the course.
Random Sand dunes I found while on the road.
A pic showing that my bro and I survived Death Valley( from it's heat of course).
Yosemite
On our way back home to Fremont, my dad decided we visited Yosemite. For the last time my family and I went there, it was about 12 years ago.
At the front gate.
A shot of a lake called "Twin Lakes"
A random shot of it's Waterfall.
A higher view of the lake, from on top of the waterfall.
The famous "Half-Dome" Mountain.
And the famous "Yosemite Falls".
Overall, I say it was a great road trip. Hope to do another one again!!
