they counter offered, and I accepted their new offer. I bought it for 238k, and they're paying 6k in closing costs. I am kind of overwhelmed with all of the things going on. I have figured i'll be paying 1400, maybe 1500 in a mortgage a month. I'll also be getting roomies, who will be able to pay me at least 300/mo each. That'll probably work out to me paying out of pocket for my mortgage just as much as I do to rent this nice apartment.
