Listening to the Big Finish audio play Seasons of Fear, I came by the interesting fact that Ben Franklin was a president of the United States. To quote the Doctor, "President, scientist, magician... In those days, you were allowed to be President and still be interesting." If a Time Lord said it, it must be true!
