TV stuff - BBC catchup edition
1. I finally got all caught up on Merlin
Yep show is still plenty gay. Still cheesy but cute. Still very pretty people.
I actually think Uther may be shaping into my favorite character. Doesn't mean I wasn't kind of rooting for him to die (nor was I sad he didn't), but Uther is the most complex as far as I can see and I like that. Well and it's Tony Head, always a plus. Although I am a little disappointed it doesn't look like he had a sexy past with Nimueh.
I am *SO* tired of the dragon, most useless character ever.
2. Also finally watched Ashes to Ashes
That was pretty great. Is there supposed to be a second season? (I saw the CiN spot with them at one point for whatever that's worth.) Now I want to rewatch LoM since I haven't in a while, still no real desire to watch the US version of that, even though I've heard decent things about it.
I'm pleasantly surprised they managed to continue the LoM concept without taking away from the original and keeping the mystery and I really like all the characters. I also liked that (at least this season if there's to be more than one) was more arc related that LoM was, I like story arcs (uses B5 icon as proof).
3. I need Robin Hood back, I miss it and think I'm to a point where I want it more than I'm dreading it (not that I'm not still angry).
