A few things
Let’s see a quick rundown of my week in TV.
Parks & Rec: usual level of fun, nothing to really comment on until some of the anvils drop.
Korra: okay, still waiting to see more of the story.
Downton: um...so that happened. This show rarely handles serious topics with much depth; it *can* I suppose but I’m not sure what to expect from this turn of events.
OUaT: average, some good moments, a fair amount of padding. I have some suspicion this will be a show that gets downgraded to watching in spurts during the hiatuses as I find I don’t care all that much, not that I ever really did.
Revenger: I liked it okay, but no real thoughts that lasted this long to need mentioning.
Castle: it was pretty great, though I was expecting the DC plot to either last less or more, but I want to see the next step.
The Originals: I love this show. I’ll probably do a full write up after TVD tonight, but in short I love this show.
SHIELD: probably my favorite ep so far. I’m definitely interested in this show and fully intend to keep watching it but I’m not having a whole lot of feelings for it so far. But hey, even Blandy was less bland here.
Haven’t gotten to yet: Arrow, The Tomorrow People, and this week’s round of Thursday night shows obviously. I am considering giving Sleepy Hollow a chance considering that it seems to be the new slightly guilty pleasure of my flist.
And a random bit of confusion:
Have you ever gotten one of those weird comments that says the person was recommended your fic but they don’t say where? And they commented anonymously so you can’t really ask them very effectively? And no matter how nice the praise was you’re wondering what people are saying out there about your stuff and you’re not seeing it.
